The Residence is located at the foot of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, an international area which links La Rosière to Italy and which offers 160 kilometers of slopes of all levels.
Access to ski schools and the departure of the ski lifts are directly from the residence and all shops are nearby. Surface area : about 91 m². 3rd floor. View valley and mountain. Living room with balcony, pull-out sofa (2 couchages 80x190). 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90x200). Cabin with 2 twin beds (90x200). Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC.
