「The prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!」

「Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) 」

「The room was perfect for what it was needed. We were traveling and just needed some rest. The area was clean, great breakfast spot across the street. Pool outside looked clean but I didn’t get in. The pool area is small. The room was clean. Love that it’s hard wood floors, the bed was comfortable. The sheets had burn holes in one of the beds so we didn’t sleep in it.
