「The deal is the property was a great cheap place to stay. It was very clean and organized. The host sent a perfect detailed message the day of with instructions on how to check in. Neighborhood was a little interesting but nothing happened while we were there nor did we feel like we were ever in harms way. Would stay again!」

「I stayed here for two weeks while I was interning at a local business, I enjoyed my stay here although I did have a few complaints. The air temperature wouldn’t go below 72 even though I had it set in the mid 60s for a few days which isn’t too warm but I would’ve preferred it being colder. I also didn’t care for the fact of there being no household cleaners available to wipe down surfaces when I was done cooking but that is an understandable thing to not have. Besides that it was a great place...

「The condo was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The wide windows were nice. It is downtown which means it can be a bit noisier than some places but it is very convenient and you can walk to most places downtown. My ife and I agreed we'd consider renting it again 」

「Stayed here for a chemo visit at a local hospital for my hubby. Very close to hospital. The property is quaint, quiet, and funky. Enjoyed our stay, parking is excellent. It is tucked away in a cool neighborhood that is remarkably quiet. We loved the mural, the open concept, and the industrial feel. The unit has a TV in the living room and the bedroom- that's a definite plus. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved our stay; just the atmosphere we needed. Thank you!」

「The kitchen and bathroom were just enough for us to get by and the bed was big and comfortable. The instructions for locating the unit and then for unlocking the door were incomplete and caused an unnecessary delay and frustration getting into the unit. The rest was O.K. The price was good and check-out was easy.」

「LEX 175 was an excellent property for our March Madness weekend. Great location for restaurants, bars and its proximity to Rupp Arena. Very Clean and quiet. Outstanding communication with the owner before, during and after our stay. Very accommodating with arrival time as we experienced lengthy weather delays. Would definitely stay again!」

「Overall, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was exceptional with key codes needed for doors and elevator. Felt safe in the downtown urban setting. Enjoyed our two-night stay but noise from the central heating unit interrupted our sleep. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great and problem-free, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch. Parking can be tricky and is not on-site but we managed to find free street parking thanks to the holiday hours」
