"The foyer not very user friendly. Self serve check in and out service. Not clear signage. Had Reno’s happening as well. They placed our bags in the wrong room as well. "

"I recently stayed at Shangri-La Sydney for 5 nights, and it was a truly memorable experience. The view was breathtaking, the hotel was conveniently located near Sydney’s iconic landmarks, and the Horizon Club free flow as well as the afternoon tea were both excellent."

"The rooms overlook a highway and are not appropriately sound proofed. This is not ideal for those on business staying here. Additionally the beds are extremely hard (more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in). There were dents and scratches everywhere and the room is insanely tiny. Wouldn’t stay here again "

"Fantastic stay, apartment was brilliant, had all the basics and if anything is missing, reception are more than happy to help. Very spacious and clean apartment, love that you can broadcast your phone to the tv for things like Netflix and Disney +. Easy to get to central Sydney via buses and metro. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Swimming pools and jacuzzi only a 3 minute walk away. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend"

"Excellent location and the breakfast was a huge plus. Building was on the older side but had its own charm. Did have a couple creepy crawlers pay me a visit and the room didn’t have much natural light. "
