“It was absolutely terrible when you come into our room and I gotta go to the bathroom and there’s blood on the light switch. I called the front office. They refuse to switch his rooms. They came in from the front office with a Clorox, wipe to clean the light switch. Then the pool was green and you couldn’t swim in the pool. I tried to contact the manager I have yet to receive a call back.”

“The room was clean, the pool was closed and they were renovating. I purposely booked because of the pool. The beds and pillows were hard.
