The apartment Bohlen is a 45 sqm apartment in a rural location.  Parking is available. Moormerland is located in the city triangle of Emden, Leer and Aurich. The Fehnlandschaft Moormerlands is characterized by canals, Wieken and the Fehn-typical bascule bridges. Signposted cycling and hiking trails amidst a great natural landscape want to be explored on foot, by bike or by boat. A tourist highlight is the Ems barrier in Gandersum. Here you can experience the latest technology. Cruise ships of the Meyer shipyard get over the Ems barrage in the big wide world. Culturally Moormerland has a lot to offer, eg. Such as the Museum Alte Seilerei, the lock, the pumping station and the Old Libra in Oldersum, the Gallerieholländerwindmühlen in Neermoor and Warsingsfehn, the Museum Hueitens Huus and numerous churches and historic cemeteries. Event highlights in Moormerland: every two years in May the Schollentage, the Hatshauser Feuerwehrfest on the second weekend in July, on the last weekend of July the Moormerländer Weinfest, the Oldersumer Herbst with Krimilesung, Michaelismarkt and Apple Festival annually on the third weekend in September, in December some villages different Christmas markets, with a special flair, instead.

Für unseren Zweck perfekt!

Wir wollten eine kleine Auszeit und mit dem Rad die Natur genießen. Für diesen Zweck war die solide und ausreichend eingerichtete Unterkunft perfekt und wir würden auch wiederkommen. Es gab jedoch auch das ein oder andere „Problem“, bei dem ich mir wünschen würde, dass es beim nächsten Mal anders läuft. Auf eine Mail, mit Fragen zum Check-In und der Radnutzung habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten, ans Telefon ist am Anreisetag niemand gegangen und das Handy war ausgeschaltet. Wir wussten also nicht, wie wir überhaupt in die Unterkunft kommen. Es gab einen Wlan-Schlüssel aber kein Netzwerk, das angezeigt wurde. Auf die erneut angefraten Räder mussten wir dann 1,5h warten, weil man uns keine genaue Zeit genannt hat. Frau Bohlen war sehr freundlich und der Check-Out dann auch sehr unkompliziert, insgesamt war die Kommunikation aber wirklich schlecht. Da man als Vermieter ja auch Dienstleister ist würde ich mir das anders wünschen.

Super und schöne ruhige Lage

Angekommen und alles da was man braucht. Sehr schön helles Bad. Insgesamt sehr schön und vor allem sehr ruhig. Man darf nur nicht genauer hinschauen. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre schön gewesen und ich bin schon nicht pingelig. Ansonsten für ein paar ruhige Tage zum Abschalten sehr zu empfehlen.
