“Host was great with communicating. However it snowed while we were there and no one came ever came to lay salt or shovel. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition so i had to come in and out a lot. The property itself was small and cute. “Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. ”
