"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
