"This hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and in calm , quiet location. The room was nice and clean and a good size. The presentation for the tea and coffee in the room was excellent and a really nice added touch. The breakfast choices were good and cooked on individual requests. A great place to stay . Thank you. "We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We have previously stayed at the hotel a few years ago and had no problems. Yet this time when we went in the sofa bed was not set up. We spoke to the lady in reception who came back to the room with covers and we were told it was normal that guests set up the sofa bed ourselves. We struggled to get it flat and when we raised this , it was implied that it was our problem and there was no other rooms. The sofa bed had no mattress and was incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa bed is not very large and has large arms on the side. It was not really big enough for our two children to sleep on. I can’t recommend anyway staying if they have to use the sofa bed. The hotel itself is basic and clean. The breakfast is cereal and toast and was what was expected. Apart from the bed the hotel had everything that was needed."
