「Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! 」

「Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience 」

「I received a warm welcome and the room was clean and spacious. There was fresh milk and fresh fruit available in the mini-fridge, which was thoughtful; also, delicious home made chocolate cake! This suited me perfectly for a one-night stopover on my travels.」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「Very clean. Is a parking lot nearby 2 mins opposite church £5.80 for 24hrs. Got email with instructions to enter. You need to get code to open little lock boxes just outside front door. Is a restaurant next door, think same owner. Were friendly if need advice to enter. Might want earplugs Sunday morning as church bells ring, but i like that. Overall great place and very reasonable price. Right downtown too. 」

「Everything was as we expected. Great staff, friendly bar and a great steak night. Not forgetting a fabulous breakfast. The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash!」
