Great family motel near aquatic centre

Great little motel opposite the aquatic centre. Clean and tidy with good aircon. The family room was excellent for 2 adults and 2 teens. Secure car park at night. Will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Maria Hotel. Value for money, the hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having stayed at other hotels in Moree in the past Maria Hotel wins hands down.

Tha property was easy to find and when I checked in the receptionist was extremely pleasant. The room was tidy and well appointed even though it was small. The bathroom was freshly renovated. We had a good stay

OK accommodation for a short stay. Kitchen and bathroom are quite good, though I don't know if crockery and cutlery have been washed thoroughly by previous stayers. Lighting needs to be a bit better. On the whole not too bad for a 1 night stay.

The dining table was the thing I liked most. Looked good. Then there was the shower screen . I'd love to have one like that.at home. Everything was spotless. Anything you needed was there.. The bed was very comfortable. I can't remember anything I didn't like.

lady who checked me in was super lovely. Explained where everything was. Laundry facility free washing, dryer is coin operated, $2 for 20 mins, $1 for additional 10 mins in same cycle.

Some renovation has been done to the property, but itโ€™s still in need of quite a bit more. The curtains had stains in some places. The stove top was rusty. However, there were new tiles in the main part of the room and the bathroom was quite acceptable. It was uneven at times outside in the pathways. Personally, I would not recommend it.

Spacious, clean family room

We arrived late. The key was left for us. Good sized family room. Was perfect for what we needed. Had take out on the dining table. Shower was clean. Beds were comfortable. Car park and premises are locked at night with padlocks which is great for safety. Left early morning was a pit stop on our drive brisbane to Adelaide.

Nice and comfortable stay. I would like to have known more about the beautiful Virgin Mary statue in the front. But no one at reception to ask when I was leaving. Only see that now in some Catholic churches and in places like Italy or Southern Ireland.

The only thing good in the property was the shower, the floor outside the unit uneven, we were for a week there the towels never changed, the beds terrible, the cleaning never was done, power point in the bathroom to use the hair drier, didn't work, the bathroom had a lot of spiders web and we found one big spider, we told the person in charge and she told us " You are in the country side "

Whilst clean & tidy, obviously needs TLC but very comfortable, meeting our needs very well. Appears to have had work done but the electricals need attention, e.g. bedlamp over queen bed not working - when reported was told that parts not available as building very old & globe had been removed. Was given a lamp but no power point was close enough to use it whilst in bed. Bathroom light only worked infrequently. I would book into this motel again as it was local to all that we had to go to.
