However, this was not noticeable after being in the apartment for a few minutes. It continued to be noticeable on entry throughout my stay & was reported to the agent. 「old building but the unit was renovated nicely, there are alot of stairs so be aware if thats a concern. The unit was in walking distance to sandstone which is why we were there. Pub down the road was excellent for dinner, area was safe any quiet. parking was a issue we managed to get a spot on the road.」

「The property was okay but the management that looked after it ripped us off. The body corporate had organised painters to do the balconies and they just showed up no warning. They just came onto the balcony and started working with no warning or letting us know they were there and started at 7am making noise sanding and scraping off the old paint .
