「Paul is an excellent host. He communicates quickly and well. The place is very nice. My wife and I were very comfortable during our short stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The homes around are very well kept like Paul’s place. Highly recommend next time we are in Indy. Thanks for hosting.」

「Appliances were a little old and the cleanliness could have been a little better. Great communication with the owner Sam.」

「This is not a regular vacation house. This is like staying at the vacation house of your long lost college buddy. House is fine, clean, spartan, has everything you need; what it doesn't have, host will send over in 30 seconds. But the host is something else. Bill is attentive, funny, eager to help, wealth of information on jogging, biking, fishing. Like I said, a long lost college buddy. A fishing pond is your front yard, hiding behind half mile of wooded path, you feel like Batman driving to...

「This place was perfect for my husband and I. Our grand daughter stayed one night on the pull out bed. The neighborhood is nice. Things were all remodeled. Plan to stay again on our next weekend visit to Indy. Hope it isn't already taken!」

「Spacious, clean, great location. No hassle/no contact check-in. Pleasant stay. 」
