「Enjoyable stay. The Bressmer is spacious inside, comfortable and clean. Great location for walking to Abraham Lincoln historic sites. One addition I would make is out door chairs accessibility. In morning or evening would have been nice to have to sit outside. No biggie just a thought. I would highly recommend Bressmer to anyone who is visiting Springfield. 」

「Three Pines is an amazing place! We hosted our wedding here in June of 2025 and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, attentive staff, and quiet grounds. We had guests in every rentable room, and they all raved about the accommodations. It was especially hot outside during our stay and the house was a very comfortable temperature with the ability to adjust certain rooms to be warmer or cooler to your needs, which was especially pleasing given the historic nature of the home. 「This home is perfect for events at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. We stayed there for a national sheep show we were attending. Easy trip to and from the fairgrounds. It was a HOT week and the house was a cool oasis, the hot tub was so nice after a long day on our feet. Lots of restaurants and grocery options close by.
