"This hotel is located perfectly, not only close to the tourist sites, but also 711 and other food sources. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were plenty. I definitely would stay here again. I recommend. I did not try the breakfast, but I heard it was good. I did not need to do laundry, but there were facilities. The coffee was good and free! I was traveling solo, but I got the double bed in the room had a little sofa and a tea kettle and it was very comfortable room for the three nights I stayed."

"Perfect stay!! I had a view of the Tokyo skytree which was a nice surprise!! Room was perfect for me and very clean! Train station is very close with a lot of shops and places to eat. The area is in, Koto City, which is much quieter than the more touristy areas. The train gets you anywhere super quick so it doesn’t really matter that it’s not in the heart of all the touristy things. There’s also an attached pharmacy (think Walgreens vibes) from 9am-11pm for literally anything you need. Great for late night food or relief patches from all the walking 😅 A couple of downsides was the bathroom kind of had a slight funky smell the whole time and the bed is very firm. But despite these two things I would definitely stay here again!"

"I visit Japan regularly and having arrived in Tokyo this hotel is welcome pitstop that ticks all the boxes as a tourist. Clean, small rooms very thoughtfully designed with the traveller in mind. Despite other reviews stating that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the property this is not the case. There is a control panel built in to the bed headboard, and along with the room lighting dimmer switches there is a touch panel that controls the in-room temperature and air-conditioning fan speed. Breakfast buffet is fine, served in a small Izakaya attached to reception. Will stay again."
