「We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. To top it off, the "beach view" promised in the room description was nonexistent. It’s a...

「This is my second stay at the property after first in 2018. Property hasn’t been maintained well & is run down, the common jacuzzis are all brown & cracked, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. We had a beach front room with a tub in the balcony. Note it’s just a tub with cool water, no warm or hot water & no jets (to be fair, they don’t advertise as such anyway).
On the positives, the buffet breakfast at the resort was good, room service was responsive. You need a jeep to take you to the main...

「A budget friendly place to stay, I would say it's the best place to stay in North Goa with pocket friendly budget. The surrounding is also pretty safe and there are decent options for food for pure veg as well. Swiggy zomato is also available to use. Excellent staff at the hotel. Response was good. Parking space is also there but the road to parking space is a little rough. I think they can improve that. It is couple and family friendly.」

「Really great resort for a bit of a luxury feel. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a house with our own private pool which was great, especially as the main pool looked far from clean and I would not have used it. The only other downside was the restaurant which was not able to supply some things on the menu.」
