An ideal house for a perfect holiday

We had a wonderful stay in a well-equiped and clean house. The views and the swimming pool were gorgeous. Plenty of nice little villages to visit. The owner is very discreet and easygoing.

It was very nice. The outdoor space and pool We’re great and the unit was very clean. We were surprised the unit was attached to owners home as it was advertised as private. There were some things that we would have considered ‘essentials’ that were not provided - like towels, extra garbage bags, dish and hand soap, extra toilet paper. The owner clarified that these were not listed as included, so if you are staying here we would recommend bringing extra supplies from a larger town.

Could be 5 stars with a few little touches

The location of this gite is perfect. Gorgeous view of Mt. Ventoux and close to restaurants, bakeries, groceries, and, of course, local activities like wineries, hiking, biking. The gite itself was nice and Jean Luc the host was pleasant and responsive. The biggest frustration was a very fussy shower faucet which made it virtually impossible to control the temperature between scalding and ice cold. We understand French & European gites can be much more limited on amenities, but it would have been nice to have a starter roll of toilet paper, bath towels, a clean sponge in the kitchen, dish soap, etc. Just some small, basic touches would have gone a long, long way. In fairness, when we asked for something, the host provided it. It just would have been nice to arrive with a few basics already there.

Het huisje was schoon maar wat karig ingericht. De eigenaar was niet zo spraakzaam en communiceerde alleen in het Frans. De ligging van de accomodatie is fantastisch met een schitterend uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux. Het zwembad was heerlijk.

Der Aufenthalt in Frankreich wurde mit dem schönen Haus in Mormoiron zum besonderen Erlebnis. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Mont Ventoux ist traumhaft. Keine direkten Nachbarn. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Ort gibt’s einen kleinen Supermarkt, der gut aufgestellt ist, eine tolle Bäckerei und der Wochenmarkt am Sonntag ist klein, aber fein. Unser Gastgeber Jean-Luc ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Das Haus nebst Pool und Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein toller Urlaub! Wir kommen sicher wieder

Logement propre dans un environnement agréable et calme. Malgré deux belles chambres, la pièce à vivre est petite (nous étions 3 personnes et 1 chien), la piscine a été appréciée malgré un chlore bien présent.L'absence de climatisation (indiquée dans le descriptif que j'avais mal lu, je le concède) est à déplorer, il y faisait bien trop chaud (malgré les fenêtres et volets fermés toute la journée) !.Le manque de serviettes de toilettes (indiqué sur le descriptif également, non vérifié de ma part) nous a vraiment étonnés, je crois que c'était la première fois que cela arrivait depuis de nombreuses années de location.Bref, lisez bien le descriptif et si ces inconvénients ne vous dérangent pas, ce logement sera correct.Bon point, acceptation des animaux, ce n'est pas si fréquent !.

Eenvoudig huisje

We hebben het fijn gehad. Het huisje was wel erg sober en de bedden roken muf. Het kan zijn dat wij de eersten na de winter waren maar dat was niet prettig. De gastheer was vriendelijk, ontvangst prima maar niet bijzonder. Locatie rustig, stil met prachtig uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux.

Das kleine Ferienhaus hat eine perfekte Lage. Ruhig gelegen, viele Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen ( mit Auto). Die Beschreibung und Ausstattung stimmt zu 100% mit der Realität überein! Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Woche am Fuße des Mont Ventoux und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es gibt nette Restaurants in der Umgebung und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man nach belieben anschauen kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
