「Had a great night stay after a long day of travel. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I have to mention the great customer service. Hours after we checked out, I called in a bit of a panic thinking my husband may have left his wedding band behind. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful... they took the time to thoroughly check and follow up. (Thankfully, we ended up finding it!) The hotel was also very convenient with easy in-and-out access, and we appreciated...

「The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking.」
