「Rooms were outdated and smelled funny. Staff was helpful in trying to clean the room and justify their mistake .」

「The part we stayed in was the cottage, which was a little bit rundown could do a good lick of paint but spotlessly clean the food in the staff were excellent but thought slightly overpriced for the accommodation itself however would go back there again but maybe not in that room」

「The location’s proximity to Newgrange was great, and parking at the hotel was very convenient. We had dinner at the pub, food was good. I wish there was breakfast included, but there was a small coffee shop close by, and a convenience store very close with coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and plenty of options. The room itself was clean and appeared freshly renovated, but there were no luggage racks and nowhere to place our toiletries on the pedestal sink. A shelf above or near the sink would...

「We had a few issues with the room- no hot water in the morning, unable to turn off one of bedside lights other than by taking out the bulb, faulty coffee machine. However what was much more important to us was the prompt and efficient way in which the manager dealt with our problems. Five stars for that!」
