“The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The ac blew cold and the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. It is a motel not a fancy hotel, it was a nice property and a safe place to lay your head.”

“We could have used a few more coffees. We only had 2 coffee servings for a 3 day stay for 2 of us. But we always had plenty clean towels and other supplies.very clean and our host at desk was very polite and personally took us to our room and showed us how to run tv and oriented us to the room. Thank you”

“Beds were comfy… night guy was nice… morning guy not so talkative… that’s about all I can say good about the place… constant people walking outside and messing with doors and kids knocking on windows till late.. lock on inside of door was broke couldn’t use it if you wanted it was loose anyways.. deadbolt worked tho so it gave you some piece of mind. ”

“I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because the price was pretty reasonable, but I was still disappointed with some of the basics. The TV wasn’t working during my stay, and even though the staff came to check it, they couldn’t fix it. The fridge also didn’t work, and a lot of the room equipment felt old and outdated. There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel……

“I had to cut my stay short because of bedbugs and I have pictures of proof!. The manager at the hotel needs to learn about customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional! I truly believe if you paid for a service, and you can’t safely enjoy the service you paid for, you should be refunded . Am not trying to be mean but they changed my sheets one in 10 nights, towels have holes, and mattress is old with spots of blood stains, and other stains!.”

However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was ……
