「it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.」

「This appartment hotel is fully equipped with sufficient utensils. It is also clean enough. The price is really acceptable in Paris where the price is always really high. It is easily accessed by the Metro system but it is a bit far away from the city centre. But the price and equipments cover this inconvinence. Also, there is a hypermarket (casino) which is near this hotel.」

「The location, communication, ease of access, cleanliness, and amenities were all amazing. Directly across from Rennes metro station and a very short walk from the Saint Sulpice station, this place is so convenient. My husband and I with our three kids were very comfortable here. The two bedrooms are spacious and each have a shower, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the sofa opens into a comfy sofa bed. We would 100% recommend this place, and we would love to come back!! 」

「優點 - 距離地鐵一和八號線都很近，且到多數景點都只需要轉一次車飯店附近有多家超市(家樂福、Monoprix、Franpix、Picard、Lidl)，補貨非常方便前台人員友善房間內的廚房設備非常完善，各種鍋盤刀叉開瓶器都有，亦有微波爐附設吹風機，而且風很強，可以很快吹乾頭髮浴室附有沐浴洗髮二合一劑，方便好用治安Ok，甚至因看秀半夜一點回家也沒遇上壞事，但是還是小心為上缺點 - 住宿期間不會更換毛巾或清潔房間，自己要維持好整潔附近沒有好吃的麵包店有點可惜（一號地鐵街角那間粉紅色的不好吃） Reuilly diderot出站處」

"洗手間比較小，轉身困難。只有頂層五間房間可以看到巴黎鐵塔。要記得帶備個人護理用品，酒店只提供沐浴液及洗手液。亦要自備拖鞋。"

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"I really enjoy there. It’s very close to anywhere I want to go in Paris. But really quiet and make you feel you are home. I think next time I will still be there for longer compared to this time. Stay there for 9 nights. And I enjoy their breakfast for as well.."
