Location

The apartment is part of the residence "Les Bailicimes". It is a new residence, quiet, close to all amenities (supermarket 400m away, medical center opposite the residence, restaurants 400m away).
The residence is located on one of the main roads in Morzine, about 10 minutes by feet (800m) from the town center and the ski lifts (800m from Super Morzine, 1km from Pleney). To get to the city center, you can take the sidewalk along the main road, or walk on the path along the river. This path will also take you to the Parc des Dérêches (health trail, adventure course, equestrian center, play park, skate park, tennis, ice rink, aquatic area).
For those who don't like walking, you can take the free shuttle (stop in front of the residence) whose lines U and P run approximately every 12-15 minutes. The shuttle will take you to the city center and the ski lifts.

Accommodation

The apartment, on the top floor of one of the 4 chalets in the residence, is on the mountainside.
With an area of 105m², carefully furnished, the apartment is located on 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (ideal for 6 adults and 4 children). You have a closed garage, a ski locker and a bicycle room. The residence offers a relaxation area equipped with 2 saunas.

Books, children's games and board games are self-service, as well as 3 sleds (including one for toddlers) and a soccer ball.
A raclette oven, a pierrade machine and a fondue machine are also at your disposal.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beds are made upon your arrival.
Cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
A concierge agency will be at your disposal for any special requests during your stay.

Passenger access

Access to the apartment can be via the underground garage and elevator, or through the main door. A secure key box in front of the accommodation contains the keys to the apartment.
