On the ground floor of the house there is a holiday apartment of 85 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room, two bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor there is the second holiday apartment of 85 sqm with fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room with exit to the spacious balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the top floor is the third holiday apartment of 80 sqm with fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and exit to the balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms and two shower/WC. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
