  • A large country house full of charm, in the middle of the vineyards.
    A typical house of Charente maritime renovated on a plot of 1200 m², quiet, not overlooked.
    It consists of a large entrance, a large living room bringing together the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
    Outside, you can enjoy a chlorine-free heated swimming pool, a terrace and a plancha for summer meals.
    You will find all the comforts for young and old: play area with consoles on the mezzanine, board games, children's books, smart TV, Wi-Fi with fibre.
    The house is equipped with filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, traditional oven, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment.
