"AC was great. Room is super. Quiet. Slept like a baby. The staff was incredible. Welcoming and very personable. I would definitely stay again. Didn’t get a chance for breakfast or the bar but looked very cozy. Kept luggage until room was ready. I had no idea this hotel was so close and convenient to the ballpark. Will stay there again. "

"I didn’t see any pets at the property. South San Francisco generally seems to be a place that has lots of dog friendly shops and parks. I think maybe an Airbnb if you wanted to bring a pet with you would be a better choice as I’m not sure On pet policies at the hotel. The property itself was a great price for the stay and the amenities. It does need an update and a refresh of the decor. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing however I would advise ordering your breakfast from the menu so it’s nice and fresh as that was cooked very nicely. The pancakes were lovely. The staff were very friendly. They just need an update. There is a free shuttle bus that caters to 3 hotels and takes you to San Francisco airport. From the airport you can get the bar train into San Francisco and then you have access to the city. The hotel seemed to be in a safe area. You can get an Uber into Burlingame and that has a lovely downtown."

"We booked the quadruple bed room since we were taking a family trip to San Francisco. I'll start with what was good--we felt safe once inside since the doors are locked and require the staff to let you in or a keycard to gain entry. There was a communal kitchen area to get ice, water, and coffee/hot chocolate. The beds were small but comfortable. There were storage lockers under the beds to store things, which was a blessing since the room was very small. The location is good for using public transport, as it is close to the Powell street station and a Muni bus stop. The bad? The room was definitely not large enough for 4 people. One of our party found an old bag of chips stuffed in between the wall and the mattress of their bed, indicating that it had been a while since the sheets had been changed/cleaned. The bunk beds were supposed to have lights in them, but only half of them had bulbs. There was a definite odor, and it was not a pleasant one. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. This is located near the edge of the Tenderloin district, and you will see evidence of that when you step outside. All in all, this hotel reminded me of staying in hostels in Eastern Europe in my 20s. The neighborhood is not safe for families walking with luggage and young children and the rooms listed as family rooms are not large enough to accommodate even a small family of 4. If you're traveling solo or in a small group, maybe. Family? Wouldn't stay again. "

"Our room was on the small side and 40s/50s period dated but perfectly fine,bed was comfortable and shower was hot."
