Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

The property exterior was filthy-deck/bbq more or less unuseable/broken 3rd top step on rear stairs safety hazzard/outdoor setting unuseable.we ran out of hot water day2-cold/no showers one night.no way property cold shower 6 guests twice daily.inside ok but strange power for cooking.Non current web photos of townhouse.we left a day early and should have left on entry as I wanted.Terrible experience and in marked contrast to Bowral Belle.Mossy Point -2/12 River Rd-terrible.
