This outstanding villa "Motovun villas S" is located in Motovun in the north of Istria. The villa is located on a hill, which gives this villa a special touch with its breathtaking panoramic view. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor there is a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The first floor is full of light because of the glass doors through which you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature and Motovun. The second floor is designed as a sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, each with two separate beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, balcony and private bathroom. If you want to have fun, don't worry because there is a special games room with table soccer and darts. During the hot summer days when you want to refresh yourself, you can swim in the beautiful infinity-edge pool surrounded by ancient olive trees and enjoy the romantic panoramic view. If you want to dine outside the villa, there is a comfortable dining table and barbecue area. From Motovun hill, which is 277 meters above sea level, there are beautiful views that give the Istrian natural landscape a special meaning. Motovun hosts many events, the most famous of which is the film festival. The town of Motovun is named after the word "Montona" and is of Celtic origin, meaning the town in the mountains. If you fancy a more active vacation, we definitely recommend a decent paragliding area. In the highest part of the town, within the old walls, is Motovun's main square, which leads to the longest staircase in Croatia - with up to 1052 steps.
