「The bath towels weren’t enough, and whenever we needed more we had to go down to the first floor to get them. there is no sheet to cover sofa bed，also we need extra blanket， except those things， other things r very good」

「The room was clean,updated and very accommodating (king suite) with all the amenities needed for an extended stay .Check in was super easy and staff was very friendly .the only 2 things I was concerned about was that the breakfast ended at 9 ,most are til 10 so it didn’t give you a lot of time .the second d was the pricing .Due to storms ,there was a huge power outage and the majority of the guests were local ,and the prices were higher than normal which never seems fair .we paid almost 50.00...

「Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. Otherwise, front desk staff was friendly and tried...
