「We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. The host has been super responsive when we had little issue with an appliance, which got fixed almost immediately. 「Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion」

It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. 「Really enjoyed our stay and the area! The condo was spacious. I would've appreciated another set of wash cloths and a few more toilet paper rolls. We stayed five nights and ran out. We had to wash the cloths every day to have enough for the next day. Two for each person would've been very helpful. Other than that, it was amazing! We loved renting ATVs and riding them on the trails. We also visited Zion, Kanarra Falls, and Bryce Canyon!」
