"The property is lovely and clean. The ad said breakfast included but there is not a breakfast included which was inconvenient for our plans as the attached restaurant did not open for breakfast until 8am which was too late for us. There is coffee always available in the lobby. "

"A very clean motel in downtown Bar Harbor, within walking distance of the docks and stores. It was affordable, very nice front desk, has mini fridge. Earns a 4 because of the amenities they didn't have: microwave, table for writing on, in room coffee. We were forced to eat every meal out. We going on the puffin boat tour, so could leave the car in the motel lot, the reason we booked."
