“The person checking us is was not very cordial. We found a really good restaurant couple of miles outside of Bar Harbor’s congestion on our own, after being told she knew of nothing outside of Bar Harbor proper. The room was bare bones and way too expensive for what it was as. No plastic cups even though an empty ice bucket was evident. We could not figure out how to operate the TV.”

“This place is a dump. I can't believe it was rated 8.6 (excellent). They should be ASHAMED by how much they charge for a room that was approximately 12x12. I was VERY disappointed and will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. The whole place needs updating and a fresh coat of paint. This place should be rated 0 with no stars.”
