“We had a good stay at Spark. Basic hotel, but met our needs. No real complaints.”

“The room wasn’t clean. We found a stick on nail in the shower. All of our shampoos were missing, but we had 2 bottles of half open body wash. Our hot water never got hot. The pool was ok. Location great. Beds great. Overall hotel was good for 1 night. Don’t make it an extended stay”

“Our room would not cool down, the equipment in the gym was broken, the ice machine room always smelled like dirty diapers”

“Room was pretty hot when arrived and couch bed was broken but king bed large enough for myself and 3 small children. Room was lacking some things and phone didn’t work but it was an overnight stay so I wasn’t counting against them.”

“Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.”

“One of the front desk staff was great the others were ok. Not personable. The room was basic, the bed was ok but the pillows were great. The bathroom was not as clean as I hoped and the coffee machine in the room was dirty. The breakfast was minimal at best. Watery eggs, make your own waffles, biscuits were tasty and then cereal, bread for making toast and little yogurts. Overall it was a place to lay your head until the noise from the hallways woke you up.”

“Desk clerk who checked me in told me my room didn't have a refrigerator--only king suites do. He then gave me a "free" breakfast card and asked if that would make up for it. Then handed me a slip of paper with his name and a QR code on it and asked me to give him a good review. When I told him I had spoken to someone who told me all rooms have a refrigerator. He gave me two more "free" breakfast tickets (breakfasts was included with my reservation) which still didn't even cover all the days……

“Great hotel in an excellent location. Our room was a little on the smaller side, but otherwise we had a comfy stay. I was impressed with the property’s cleanliness and the helpful staff.”

“Hotel staff is super nice. They have breakfast and from Mon to Thursday they also have happy hour with wine & food free of charge.”
