「Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. 「The property had its own pet dog, which my son got to go and have pats with! We didn't have our own pets there so not applicable from our end. We only used the upstairs area of the house so can't comment on overall facilities. Pool did look nice for a dip if it was summer though!」
