“We are very happy and grateful that we were able to check in much earlier than the scheduled time of 3:00pm. We also appreciated that breakfast was included in the stay. We stayed in a suite on the top floor of the Trail. Hotels.com asked us a few days before our stay if we would prefer to upgrade, and it was a good decision to do so.
