Ishigaki Mount Nosoko Trailhead Hotels

"We had an Ocean view room. The room was clean and well attended. The hotel is a resort with a couple of pools, a few restaurants and lounge. We used the lounge and Soltida,a more casual restaurant. The other two restaurants looked very nice, however quite expensive. The breakfast buffet was very good. Large selection of western and Japanese foods. The front desk staff was always very helpful to arrange dinner reservations and taxis. The hotel is a little bit too far of a walk from downtown, especially in the heat and humidity. There is a bus that runs to downtown however we did not use it. Taxis were inexpensive. The hotel provided free parking as we had a rental car that we used to explore the island. Ishigaki is definitely a nice tranquil island and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the bigger Japanese cities. "

"We loved the privacy. That is what you’re paying for here. You are completely away from the world in this little tropical dream. The pool was amazing. We also liked snorkeling at blue cave and didn’t mind that it seems to be used for tour guides. I felt better being in the ocean with a few people around. Then back to the solitude of our house. Of course there are spiders and other critters given that you are somewhere tropical. The house lizards were cute. Make sure to stock up on anything you want before your stay so you don’t have to leave. Oh, also the chef is amazing and will accommodate any dietary restrictions if you notify them with enough time. "

"Everything was perfect, clean, simple check in, laundry on site and free bike rentals available. Plenty of parking right in front of the door throughout our stay too. There were also a ton of options for food at breakfast (which was free 🤗) wouldn’t have changed anything about this place except maybe the pillows on the beds!"

"Perfect quaint little seaside resort. They rent bikes and are only 15 mins away from Kabira Observation point. Staff are super attentive, the buffet dinner was tasty and varied. My hotel room was immaculate. Would say there’s a few bugs about (geckos, huntsman spiders) - but to be expected in a jungle based villa and very worth it for the view. The staff were very helpful in coming over quickly to help with any bug issues. Everything was clean, and the beach sunset view in the evening is amazing."

"Very isolated place and old style . If you are solo not ideal and also need a car for sure as infrequent buses and little communication on this in the property . Nothing around - the hotel cafe closed and was not notified before I booked. This is more like an isolated Airbb . It’s a nice cottage inside but no front Sesk or cafe There is a cafe nearby but instant coffee and spam - place nearby is the “ beer terrace “ but also not open much . Overall I would not recommend at all and I had to move out after a day due to the challenges . Looks neglected "

"大人５人こども２人で、4泊5日で利用しました。普段あまり会えない少し高齢の母との最後のアクティブな旅行になるかもしれないので、母の過ごしやすそうなお宿なこともあり、数か月前に予約を取ってからとても楽しみにしていました。 Yugafuさんが、事前に確認、ご連絡してくださったので、とても安心して利用することができました。日本語のわからない旦那が予約の代表者だったのですが、英語でのコミュニケーションもとてもスムーズでした。 Villaに着くと、外の空間も中の空間も広々していて、清潔で、きれいに手入されていて、デザインも素敵で、調理器具、食器も充実していたので、家族みんな大興奮でした。間違えやすい、忘れやすいことについては、注意書きもしっかりされていたので、わかりやすくてよかったです。木製ブラインドのついている窓がたくさんあり、朝と昼間はブラインドを開けて自然光を取り入れて、夕方は全ての照明、晩はダウンライトのみにしたら、その度に、違った雰囲気を楽しめました。玄関の照明パネルが便利でした。天候がさえない日が多く、洗濯物が多かったので、大きめの洗濯機と乾燥機、物干しスタンド、ハンガー、扇風機にとても救われました。アメニティも、髪や肌に合っていて感動しました。 また、予約時に子どもの年齢をお伝えしたところ、子ども用の食器、シート、踏み台などいろいろご用意いただいていました。 玄関の扉のカランコロンの音がもう恋しく感じます。家族全員、計５日とても快適な時間を過ごすことができて大満足です。石垣島に行く機会があれば、また利用させていただきたいです。　 注意点 もしYugafuさんを予約されるのであれば、塩、コショウ、油などの調味料は一切置いていないので持ち込まれることをお勧めします。石垣市街地に２４時間オープンのマックスバリュもあります😊 "
