“"We frequent Charleston for weekend getaways and decided to try this hotel for the first time. It appears to be a fairly new property with a great location and nice photos, but the room amenities were surprisingly dated. The room looks nice at first glance, but...this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at in years that didn't have USB ports. We actually had to go to CVS to buy a wall plug—frustrating since we have plenty at home! The closet door would not stay closed so we had to put a washcloth at……

“Property Convenient, just needs a Face Lift, trash bin in front, Landscaping.
Rooms were clean, but could be updated to keep up with other Comfort Suite locations.

“The elevators wasn’t working first floor was not available at the climb the stairs with a lot of stuff and roaches was in my room. I want a refund. I’m highly disgusted and disappointed.”

“The breakfast was good. Choice of eggs sausage or waffle. Cereal was limited and they did have bagels with cream cheese. No assortment of jelly. It was Grape or Grape.
Rooms were very nice and clean.staff is very friendly. Will stay there again.”
