"Shower only had cold water, older looking rooms in need of an update, not enough pillows and pillows were small. Toilet roll fixture was broken. Was charged extra once we arri ed at the hotel to stay in the main wing of the hotel (this extra charge wasn't advertised on Expedia anywhere, so it was surprisingly when the front desk informed us that would be the case."

"I hate to write a bad review BUT this was prob the worst customer service hotel I’ve experienced. Check in: I had paid in advance on Hotel.com… She couldn’t find my payment so said she charged me again until she figured it out. The person that checked in before me came back down to say he had been given a room that was occupied.
Breakfast: at 7:30 am the lady running the breakfast was so rude to another guest that we all could hear her. She said, “it’s first come, first serve. We are at 95% capacity and it’s just 2 of us…” Breakfast area was messy. No hot water. Low on food. Rudeness and lack of preparation by hotel staff.
Check out: Since I paid twice I wanted to make sure I was checked out correctly. Nobody at front desk with a hand written note to leave key and email. I waited. She told me she would email me & I told her I needed proof that I wouldn’t be charged twice. She had to go get someone else be cuz she couldn’t figure it out. So glad I stood my ground.
Bellevue/Seattle has so many hotels that we will stay elsewhere based on our customer service experience at this hotel. "

"This place is tired and desperately in need of renovation. The public places were not clean. At first we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, and were then shown to a different one that was fine but only had one set of towels for the 2 of us to share. This place has great potential, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good - but I would not stay here again."
