“A total time-capsule perfectly kept! The furniture was comfortable in the areas you wanted to hang out, the decorative pieces were in great condition and from the late 50’s/early 60’s.You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, but town is just down the road. “Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day.”
