「Andrew and Eli were the best. They live on the property and help with whatever is needed, within reason. The property is beyond beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the bugs were almost non-existent. Please note that the road getting in has about 20 minutes of giant dirt potholes and can be a little sketchy after heavy rains (the usual road was washed out so we had to take a longer way). 」

「Property was well kept, pool was nice as we had a hot spell while we were there. A good base to explore local trails, swimming holes and Caracol from, lot's of birds. Mountain Pine Ridge road is paved up to access road to property (10 minutes away) which made things easy.」

「This was an amazingly beautiful and overall comfortable home in Santa Elena, Belize. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was soft. The home was clean and secure.The only disappointment was when I read "ac" in the description, I presumed more of the home would have ac. The only ac was in a small bedroom that had a double bed. Overall, the home is very open and a constant breeze kept it mostly comfortable.I would stay here again for sure!」

「The home was a good fit for our family of 5. There is no air conditioning in the living room, which was uncomfortable. So, my husband, 21 year old son, and I spent a good deal of time on the porch playing cards. There was a pleasant breeze most days that kept us comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We could drive 5-10 to good food and coffee. We didn't walk much in the neighborhood, as there are no sidewalks and since our road was paved, a lot of cars and bikes would fly...

「We took our large family group of 9 to explore some Mayan sites and do the ATM cave tour. The location was perfect for that and to walk around San Ignacio. The location was central to town, the market and many restaurants. Being in town there was a little more noise at night so be prepared for that. A great place to stay. We will be back!」

「This property is worth every penny. Close enough to San Ignacio that most tours picked me up for free or a small fee. I took a morning walk to the orchard, enjoyed incredible food at the on site restaurant, and everyone working there made us feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. 」

「Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely.
