"Terrible unsafe"

"Very clean and fully equipped little cottage. Actually a mother-in-law suite adjacent to the primary residence. Very close parking just outside and a ramp if you need easy access. The cottage does not have a direct lake view however the property is on the water and we walked out to the dock. I even did a little casting to see if the Lake Norman fish had come out of their winter slumber.. but not quite yet. "

"The hotel was overall okay; however, I would not recommend it for families with children. There was a noticeable smell of smoke, possibly from drugs, coming from outside the window,A/C which made the stay uncomfortable. I asked the front desk if I could check out early due to the issue, but I was informed that no refund would be issued "

"4.75 stars. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Love the on-demand free coffee! The room was clean and has all the necessary amenities. Beds comfortable. Decorated nicely v The only negative - lighting. The lighting was very dim. A bright overhead light that can be turned on/off separately would have been great. "
