We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. "Excellent property for world class ski vacation.Three minute walk to lift while on the way, grab a coffee. When finished, grab a beer enjoying great apres ski atmosphere. Unit was stocked with all necessary gear that was fully functional. Only draw back was checking into and out of unit. There really isn't any place to park while dropping all your gear. Once you dropped everything, move your vehicle to assigned parking garage and never touch again until you leave. Avant Stay team was excellent!...

"We loved this property. It has a perfect location with easy access to the ski lifts, Mountain Village and the gondola that goes into Telluride. The place was very clean and well-stocked with paper products, cooking supplies and toiletries. The hot tub and massage chair were an added bonus. The views were beautiful through the picture window. There were games, puzzles and kid’s activities as well. Owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend. "

"This was our second year in a row staying in this unit and it never disappoints! It’s always clean, has every amenity you could ask for, and is in the perfect location. All 9 of our guests loved the space and we never felt cramped. The ski in/out was probably everyone’s favorite perk though. You truly can’t beat it. We’ll absolutely continue staying here!"
