“I booked through Expedia and the payment was already charged to my card, but when I checked in, the hotel said they do not work with Expedia and forced me to pay in cash. It has been more than a week, and Expedia still hasn’t issued my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve had, and I’m honestly shocked that this issue is still not resolved. ”
