“The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter.
The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining.

“Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. “I've booked a room for for my wife. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024.
- While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be.
- Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking.
- Hotel staff are great. Approachable.
