「The pictures posted are a false representation of the facility. It’s run down and disgusting. There’s roaches and bed bugs. I have pictures and videos. Stay at your own risk. I left in the middle of the night. It’s the worst motel I’ve ever been to.」

「By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. 「We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.」
