「The property was smaller than expected from the pictures but not completely misleading. Getting to the property was challenging. The reviews say this is a small village so we expected quiet. This place is so crowded and had a party atmosphere that our family decided to only stay one night and head back to Rome on the 5am train forfeiting our last three nights.Cinque Terre is absolutely beautiful but be prepared to share it with thousands of other tourists.」

「Apartment was a great location and nice. Host was a poor communicator. Up until the night before when I called, there was ZERO response despite multiple messages and Whats Up Messages. The listing specifically says Dryer. There is no dryer. This was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. Very disappointing and when asked, Host ignored and acted like it was no big deal.」

「The apartment was centrally located in Vernazza. It had a partial view of the water and a great view of the small plaza adjacent to the water. Everything in the apartment worked and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The beds were not super soft, but that seems to be the theme throughout Italy. 「Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!」
