“The hosts were gracious, and never intrusive. We rented the property for our 10 year anniversary and for the relaxation and quiet that the area offered. Ray and Deb were so kind to let us bring our 3 fur babies 2 that are seniors. The bed was AMAZING..So comfortable. All and all we had a great relaxing time, and I have to say the smell of honeysuckle will linger in my memory for a long time!!”

“This is the cutest place. The back screened in porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The bathrooms were so cute! Very comfortable. What a great place to relax!”

“The home is spacious, and was very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teens. There was plently of cooking gear in the kitchen for making big meals, which we always do. The beds were comfortbale- there are so many beds in this house I lost count! Two big couches, lots of room for everyone to spread out. A wonderful screened in porch area. Upper and lower level decks were beautiful. Plenty of hot water. Some big flatheads in that cove, fishing right off the dock. They like garlic and red……

“We loved our spring break stay at this beautiful property. We had plenty of room to spread out with 2 couples and 5 children, ages 6-9. Our kids adored the game room, and we all loved utilizing the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings. We would love to come back in the summer to get to experience all the lake has to offer!”

“This is a great place to spend time on the lake. The house is in a well maintained quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well supplied. The driveway is big enough to park the boat trailer and several vehicles. Would definitely like to make a return visit.”

“We stayed here for a staff retreat and comfortably had 10 people stay. It's spacious, beautiful, and clean, and the layout is awesome. There's a grocery store nearby for quick runs and close to pickleball courts and hiking. It's right on the lake with an awesome back yard and deck to make mornings and evenings extra great.”

“We had the best time on our vacation! The cabin was the perfect place for us to kick back and relax. We spent the week fishing! The boat was perfect for trolling around the lake. We caught several bass around the 5lb mark. And we both have the fish story of the one that got away! I left an approximate 5 lb there for someone, and 2 that have hooks in them because they broke my line! Tom and Laura are delightful hosts! Tom was so thoughtful and engaging. We met several neighbors while we were out.……

“Nice property. Plenty of room, very inviting space. Host was very responsive to the questions I had prior and during our stay. Beautiful area and would highly recommend you bring or rent a boat during your stay. The steps from the water/dock back up to the house are visually overwhelming but built very sturdy and safe with plenty of landings to stop and admire the surroundings.”

“The house is actually even nicer than the pictures, which is a rare thing. Beauty lake house, clean very new and priced right. Should we return to Winchester this will be the place we stay. Seven minutes from the downtown area, only ten minutes from Walmart. Next place exceeded our expectations.”

“Couldn’t be more pleased with communication prior to and after our stay. Very friendly host that wanted to ensure things went smoothly. We needed a last minute place to stay while out of town family was in after a remodel issue and it worked great for our 11 year old son and 2 adult couples. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded and bedrooms were a nice size.”
