「This hotel is excellent. They have thought of everything, from earplugs by the bed to a digital Robert’s radio playing classic fm when you arrive. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great bar and restaurant and wonderful staff. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and this is up there and way better than a lot of far more expensive places I’ve stayed. If I’m ever in the area this will be where I stay.」

「the managers were helpful carrying our cases up and down two fcloors. no lift there. we found the menu had the same thing on every night. i am a diabetic type two and not everything i could eat apart from the beef steak pie and chicken with rice. i did not want the peppercorn sauce but i asked for gravyt which was bought to me when i had nearly finished the meal. room service could have been better. sometimes no milk ortea bags . one occasion waste paper basket not emptied and cups...

「Great proximity to Crawley and Gatwick if you are needing to stay nearby, was greeted at Reception with a friendly smile and welcome, with quick check in process. Finding my room was fun on the ground floor - was sign posted well, just a long corridor of twists and turns which made me smile! Had a no window room which is absolutely fine if you are arriving just for an evening, it didn't bother me at all, there is a sky light with a blind, and it meant i slept well.
