“It was clean. Unfortunately Expedia never mentioned that the room I wanted had fan not AC even though in app said Air Conditioning not Fan or Ceiling fan. I had to pay $30 US extra for them to send me two blocks south from Villalobos Hotel to Hostel Nica Bliss. It was really good staying there.
