"We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy and clean and I appreciated all the decor and nice touches that made the house feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful setup! One thing was that It’s difficult to tell how close the home is to heart of Sedona, drove 40 minutes to Basha’s and restaurants but we weren’t in any hurry to get anywhere in particular so it was fine. Also, there were not enough linens, specifically face towels for everyone."

"The cabin was great for a big family get away. The large dining table was so fun for family card games. The cabin was stocked well with kitchenware, bedding, and extra supplies (toilet paper, etc.). Kids enjoyed the arcade game downstairs and it was a fun throwback for the adults. The property is nicely placed with beautiful trees to help feel private. We were even surprised with a late spring snowstorm and got to experience the cabin as a winter wonderland in spring."

"The location was wonderful because the Grand Canyon was only a couple hours away. Phoenix was only a couple hours away. And we visited a friend in Topock which was only a little over 2 hours away. And the cottage had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this lovely cottage to our friends!"

"Beautiful and quiet setting in the Canyon above Sedona. Premesis is well maintained and immaculate! The backdrop is breathtaking and the courtyard is inviting! Only downside was not knowing that a stair climb is required for each unit and it is difficult for a disabled person to access the condo."

"I stayed here with my son and dog for a weekend. The cabin is super comfy and cozy. The deck in the back is amazing with all the pine trees and views. The furniture and beds are very comfortable as is the outdoor furniture. Love that they are dog friendly too, my dog had a blast exploring and playing in the snow. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for proximity to Flagstaff and Snowbowl, etc..."

"We were very impressed with this property. It was very clean and we are picky about that! Everything was even more beautiful than the photos, especially the master bathroom and shower. My son loved the shower and fireplace. The beds were also comfortable. The owner Jeff was very responsive when we had issues as well. The yard is a little small, but the area is gorgeous so you won't be needing to spend much time in the yard. We would definitely stay here again."
