「I booked to stay in this hotel to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary with the kids. They are excited that they will get to swim after a long time. 「Bathroom door could use replacing, it was an effort to close it securely. The self-moistening toilet cycled for nearly an hour after flushing and was quite loud. Our room came with a complementary bottle of wine corked with no bottle opener provided. We called reception for a bottle opener and it took an hour to arrive, similarly for towels. 「The first room was just disgusting with someone else's hair in the shower. The second room had an issue with heat. Thermostat is malfunctioning. Not to mention one elevator with long waits to get to and from the lobby. We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that.」
