Check in staff he was very friendly and helpful. Gave clear instructions about night time entry etc etc. Excellent location to walk to tourist spots. Central station just 3 to 4 mins walk. Metro a minute walk. Room was spacious with balcony . For Munich this hotel was amazing and good price too. KFC, pizza hut, kebab shop right opposite the hotel.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location is fantastic - a 2 minute walk from the old city, steps from the Hauptbahnhof, accessible to everything. The rooms are bigger than we anticipated and very comfortable and well equipped. The decor is fantastic.
